Fees for sittings
Fees follow the thickness of the files and the length of the sitting. Nothing here is a monthly plan. A deposit holds the room; the rest is due when the letter is delivered.
Fees are quoted in Malaysian ringgit and billed after we confirm the file list. Travel to Sample Road is yours. Paired video sittings use the same fees.

Two days plus a half-day letter review. One app, Apple and Google. Extra apps or a heavy advertising stack are quoted once we see exports.

Three hours on a single store month. Additional months in the same afternoon are RM 650 each if the files are ready.

One working day with the live catalogue and last quarter’s units. A second day is sometimes needed when regional prices span many countries; we say so before lunch.

Quarterly revenue sitting
Half a day, only after a full reading. Dates held at the start of the year. Two missed quarters in a row close the series unless we schedule a short catch-up letter.

What moves a quote
Multiple legal entities, mixed currencies in one export, incomplete refund lists, or a catalogue of more than eighty live SKUs. We would rather name the extra half-day before we start than surprise you in the letter.
Deposits and invoices
The 30% deposit for a full reading is due within five days of the date hold. Walkthroughs and pack mix days are invoiced in full after the sitting, payable within fourteen days. Refunds, cancellations, and no-shows are described on the refund page.
