What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, chosen sitting, optional preferred week, and your message. From a booked sitting: studio names, store-account legal names you volunteer, and the revenue files you send. We do not ask for identity-card numbers or store passwords.

Why we hold it

To reply to enquiries, to prepare and deliver a sitting and letter, to invoice, and to meet record-keeping duties in Malaysia. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them; see Cookies.

Retention

Enquiry notes that do not become sittings are kept for twelve months. Sitting files and letters are kept for seven years unless you ask for earlier deletion and no invoice dispute remains. Invoices follow ordinary accounting retention.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to limit how we use it, subject to Malaysian law (including the Personal Data Protection Act). Write to hello@file-grovehub.click. We may need to confirm it is you.

International transfers

Some email and file-transfer services we use may store copies outside Malaysia. We choose providers that offer a written confidentiality undertaking. We do not sell contact lists.

Sharing

We share data with an accountant or lawyer only when you ask, or when a sitting requires a named second reader inside File Grove Hub. We share with authorities when required by Malaysian law.
