Terms of sitting

These terms govern appointments, letters, and related correspondence with File Grove Hub (“we”, “us”) from the office at Level 11, 19 Sample Road, George Town 00000. By requesting a sitting or paying a deposit you accept them.

Appointments

A sitting is confirmed when we write to accept the dates and, for a full revenue reading, when the deposit arrives. We may decline a sitting if the files are outside our practice (for example, if you need statutory audit or tax filing).

Your files

You warrant that you may share the store exports you send. You remain responsible for store-account access. We do not accept passwords.

Intellectual property

Your store files stay yours. The letter we write is licensed to your organisation for internal use. You may share it with your accountant. You may not republish it as a public guide or resell it as a template. Our field notes on this website remain ours.

Liability

A revenue reading is professional comment on files you supply. It is not an audit, not investment advice, and not a promise of future proceeds. To the extent Malaysian law allows, our liability for a sitting is limited to the fees you paid for that sitting. We are not liable for store policy changes, delayed payouts, or decisions you take after the letter.

Confidentiality

We keep sitting files and letters confidential, except where law requires disclosure or you ask us to speak with a named accountant.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Penang have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
